In this photo one of our craftsmen is refinishing a section of the entry doors to a conference room. The 'push' side of a door suffers far more wear than the 'pull' side. It's natural. So why refinish a whole door when we can match the colors exactly. At FRW we mix all of our stains as needed. They are non-photoreactive so they won't fade. Some difficult color matches might require two or there overlays to get them right. We pride ourselves on our ability to do this because a poor color match can make a poorer impression than a beat up surface.
We Love Office Work!
In this image our craftsman is restoring the lower section of a built in anigre cabinet. The low-down is that there's lots of damage down-low. Shoe scuffs, vacuuming dings, and mail cart accidents are readily visible on a cabinet. Go ahead, have a look at yours. It's there and that's what your clients see without being told to look!
What good is it to have beautiful architectural millwork if it doesn't look as good as it should. FRW ensures that your office will make the right impression on every client. You couldn't project a professional image with a big stain on your dress shirt or tie. And you can't project a professional image with a dull, and worn out desk, woodwork, or conference room.
Laminate Care and Maintenance
Wood is not the only surface we restore! The plastic laminate cabinetry shown here represents a small portion of one area of a corporate office occupying more than a dozen floors. Laminate chips like wood and needs to be replaced or repaired as needed. At FRW our years of building new plastic laminate cabinetry has given us the skills to replace damaged pieces with the same expertise we give to wood surfaces. Because it's chipped does not mean it can't be fixed!
This conference table has a very unique finish. It's created with two overlays of grey and charcoal lacquer, a stippling effect is added and the whole top finished in clear gloss catalytic lacquer. All you need to know is that if it looks like a challenge to finish, we will get it done.
Wood Conference Tables
These are our specialty. Conference tables are used for meetings of all sorts and sometimes doubles as the lunch table. Just because it takes a few hits it doesn't mean you have to live with it. Our highly experienced tradesmen (artists really!) can take isolated dings and scratches out of any wood table. Most of the time without incurring the cost of refinishing.
